  • The best meat to freeze is meat that has been marinated in solutions using a small amount of acid. These include marinade with tomato paste, sauce or tomatoes. Marinades with the addition of mineral water and a small amount of vinegar also lend themselves well to freezing.
  • Freezing is carried out directly in a plastic container. To do this, you need to immerse the meat in a container along with the marinade, close the lid and freeze. You can also use vacuum bags.

  2. Next, take it out and leave it at room conditions for another 2-4 hours.
  3. Free the almost thawed kebab from liquid. We string them onto sticks and send them to fry.

It is not necessary to defrost completely. A long stay in a warm place significantly shortens the shelf life and accelerates spoilage.

In hot weather, it is better to transport frozen semi-finished products. We do not recommend removing it from the chamber in advance; keeping it at room temperature for a long time. During the journey and preparation of the coals, the kebab will reach the desired state.

We make a fragrant mixture with mayonnaise. Chop 3 onions into rings. Add to them 500 ml of mayonnaise, a bay leaf broken in your hands and herbs for the chicken. Immerse chicken in this mixture for 2-3 hours.

Marinate with mustard . Mix 2 teaspoons of chopped green thyme with 2 tbsp. spoons of Dijon mustard. We enrich the mixture with 5 cloves of garlic, crushed in a garlic press.
